As featured in the 2018 Charleston, SC edition of This Old House, this historic home renovation of this single house from the 1840s, included connecting the separate kitchen building to the rest of the home, installing an outdoor kitchen and pool while keeping the architectural details similar to the other homes in the historic Ansonborough neighborhood. Other important elements of this project included renovating and refurbishing the original wood floors, plaster, medallions, windows and architectural details and carpentry.
