Historic renovation of a 7,000 square foot late 1700s building. The residential portion of finished project features two condos, one a three-story, three bedroom, four bath home with 2,600 square feet and the other, a two bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home has 1,500 square feet. The commercial portion on the ground level features tall windows, plaster walls and original exposed brick. The finishing touch for this project was the custom execution of a skylight doorway to a breathtaking rooftop terrace.
