Winner of the 2016 CAROLOPOLIS Award, from the Preservation Society of Charleston for exterior renovation of the building and storefront. This retail renovation in Charleston’s historic lower King Street shopping district included updated HVAC, electrical, salvage and refurbishment of original masonry and carpentry.
